@sinful tendon In simple terms, trader inventory is determined by RNG every time the trader is loaded (IE when you load a game) or when the engine tells them to update their stock. According to the game files, Sakharov can stock these types of suit:

scientific_outfit        = 2,    0.5
military_outfit            = 1,    0.5
exo_outfit                = 1,    0.5``` To summarise, the item name is on the far left (obviously), the number to the immediate right of that is the max number he can ever sell, and the number to the right of that is a decimalised percentage that is checked every time the engine adds one item to his stock up to a max value. So he has a 50% chance to sell each individual suit. There's an added catch, however, Sakharov sells a lot of other stuff and his inventory can only reach a maximum value (I don't fully understand what). I say this cos it means that the chance of you getting any item you want depends on how much else he has at any one time as well as the percentage chance, so it'll likely be lower than what it says here depending on what order the engine populates his stock in (again I'm afraid I don't know).
**In summary -** Save in front of him, quick-load, check stock, quick-load, check stock, and repeat until he sells what you want. It may take a while. 👍

I should add, by the way, the SKAT-9 suit is called "military_outfit" in the game files, so that's the one you want.

There's hotkeys for medkits and bandages, they are at the right of P in your keyboard, and don't use mods on the first playthrough, play Shadow of Chernobyl first, then Clear Sky then Call of Prypiat

Q and E to look around corners, there are elemental landmines called Anomalies which can be discovered by throwing bolts and you can press G to drop your current weapon, which allows you to grab another weapon faster
