Yes teeth are great, clothing and guns breath taking xD but your NPC's supporthand has broken wrist, or atleast holding the gun very unconfortably. IT is typical thing in 3D. Figers and palm work to accomedate for the angle, therefore the fingers should aim at the elbow, not outwards away from body to stay perpendicular to the gun. Just no xD
