Open the console, type "demo_record 1" to activate a no-clipping freecam (there's a single button for this in Anomaly's debug function but I can't remember what it is), fly out-of-bounds after the NPC, when you get close to him, open the debugger (F7 I think) and click him to select him, then just click the 'kill target' command. Bit of a cop-out way of doing it but you don't really have many choices (unless you wanna start raining pineapples on him). Hope this helps, mate. 👍

Why dont people like Clear Sky? It is my favorite, and i didnt encounter many bugs, and it never crashed for me, but for others its full of crashes and bugs. The faction war system is a bit broken, but most complaints i see are crashes and bugs. I can understand people not liking getting spawned in a swamp, and the Vova Vist gunning you down is not a problem for chads, but some have said that it is the worst one in the series and that they hated it

the bleeding being caused by all damage, but at the same time being impossible to stop with a health kit for some reason unlike the other stalker games

the cognitive dissonance this game has with story and gameplay - the story wants you to go as fast as possible but the gameplay mechanics want you to take the game slow or downright dont make sense in the context of the story (i need to go find strelok or i'll die, but instead i'll join some random dudes and go wage war on their side)

the weapon accuracy is absolutely atrocious, and mods are often locked behind flash drives

the swamp for me is a terrible area, repetitive, boring and plain

The Military's viewpoints are understandable, but their methods aren't great. But the Freedom seems to be the best, in my opinion. It's just stalkers either travelling alone or with a group, and they don't have a real set goal, I don't think. It gives you more choice over your actions. I've never really been one for being part of factions that have strict rules and requirements. As long as they're morally correct, even neutral, then I won't mind.

doing the main story in COP without getting yourself into trouble will only force you to kill roughly like

all factions, except for mercs (you only need to fight them in optional quests) and monolith (present only in the last 1/4 of the game) are netural towards you

so the only thing you really fight is mutants

and maybe zombies once

Not really. You can simply pick up money on your way to Sidorovich. It's lying everywhere on the locations. Weapons (pistols aren't included) are strong enough unlike in CS, f.e.

In general, CS in the hardest game but I dunno what is harder - CoP or SoC...

the bulk of the CoP experience is in the side quests, not the main storyline, unlike SoC and CS. It’s a differently structured game than them (with those two, they are almost entirely focused on strong main storylines with supporting side quests) but I don’t think that means we can say the game is easier because most of the human/zombie fighting is “optional”. The large majority of players aren’t just going to scan all five choppers, gather the bare minimum of crew members, do the Pripyat Arc and quit, they’re going to do all of the side content because they’re heavy encouraged to and that’s where the bulk of the experience lies. For that reason I count the mercenary crews in the context of human combat we’re talking about because if you’re doing the quests, it’s mandatory to kill them, they’re hostile.

Hook and Ridge’s Crew, Yar’s opponents, Black’s Crew, and Jackal’s Crew, plus a few more miscellaneous guys with Morgan and Vulture’s storyline

Having said all that, yeah, there are a lot more people you have to kill in SoC than are mandatory/heavily encouraged/instantly hostile in CoP, but that doesn’t necessary make the game less difficult on its own, because humans aren’t the only threat. CoP’s got burers, stronger pseudogiants, chimeras, etc

tbh all three games aren’t that hard, it kinda depends on just how you play and your individual experiences
