1. If we're talking SoC, just follow the road all the way to sort-of the North West. Make sure you've got a suit with rad protection!
2. You're starting to hallucinate due to your proximity to the Scorcher. Sakharov's helmet is good, in fact it's really good, but it can't counter the entire spectrum of psyionic radiation. The low-frequency radiation is still passing through. It's not tremendously dangerous, just disorientating. Push on! 👍

STALKER Anomaly Mod 1.5.1 Tech Help Request

I've spent the past 25 minutes searching more forums than I can count trying to find an answer to this. Lots of people are reporting the same issue, but no one has suggested a solution.

I am about 25 hours into my current Anomaly playthrough, and now that I am back in the Cordon, my latest save keeps freezing (To the point I have to use Task Manager to manually shut down the game) after 60 seconds of playtime;

I have a relatively brand new, custom built computer with high end specs, so I know it's not my computer. I have 4 fairly light mods installed (Radios Extended, Groks Stash Overhaul, LootRebalance, and Remove Dropping Weapons from Damage. I made sure I was using the correct version of all 4 mods) Anyone else know a way to prevent these freezes with Anomaly Mod, or even what's causing them? I'm just walking through the Cordon, there's nothing intensive going on as far as I can tell.

I'm thinking his problem are the addons. They might not be compatible with each other, regardless of the fact that he uses the correct versions.
Anyone have an idea what it might be?

Eh, don't really like Steam's ecosystem, GOG Galaxy and Epic Games are in a partnership so we get the best of both worlds, fresh new titles from Epic and classics on GOG.
