1. It isn't played like original stalker game. It has a lot of useless mechanics that didn't present in the vanilla games.
2. It feels like CoP ||(but it is not played like it)||. As I know, fans don't like Call of Pripyat for "I-Don't-Know-Why" reason.
3. It repeats the story of the original games.
4. You have to walk... a lot.
5. Some people don't like the balance of this mod (I'm not included)
   But there was a good moment during my Anomaly playthrough when It made me feel to play the original trilogy again for some reason.

... And the main reason why I hate it - people start to play Anomaly instead of ShoC, f.e.

It's not Fallout, btw. The game shouldn't have fast travels because it doesn't fit the stalker atmosphere. Guidos were a good idea but definitely not fast travels. They make you lazy af (reason why people can't play ShoC after playing Anomaly)

@lethal zinc I don't make stalker videos, but I want to eventually. I've made hundreds of dollars monthly on youtube a few years back with a little over 6k subs at the time. I'd say quality video edits and personality are key...unless you are godly at the game or something....then maybe those won't matter as much. Consistency and quality over quantity. Sticking with it for a long period of time until subs slowly start to come in. Stalker might be a small niche but that may or may not be beneficial....cause there may not be as much competition for you to compete with.

Is say you really like a book

Without actually going through and playing the original trilogy, you do not have the appreciation of the setting for these big mods

i played all of the games over and over again when i was a kid and never stopped replaying em to this day

also played a ton of mods to go with it and tried getting friends into stalker desperately
most hated the originals and loved CoC, so im just going off experience here
