2 - Increase the "loot detect" range while holding the pick-up key?

Numbers 1, 3, and 5 can more than likely be fixed by mods - Number 5 definitely cos I used a mod that did this it for a short while. 👍
Number 2 can probably be changed by modding as well, however I'm not sure as I don't know what makes this work in the game engine...
As for Number 4, as far as I know there isn't really any buffs or debuffs in Anomaly that aren't in base S.T.A.L.K.E.R., so knowing those should give you a fairly comprehensive of what to expect. If you're referring specifically to things that consumables do, it's pretty much just rad what it says on the tool tip; "unhealthy" items remove a bit of health when used, drugs like morphine make you hungry. It's, thankfully, not RPG levels of complex stats checks and differential equations. 😁

to get best ending, simply take your time, explore every nook and cranny and do all side missions

Best ending is basically a reward for simply enjoying and getting immersed into the world. Keep in mind, certain side quests are locked until you pass a certain point in the main story
