man, honestly, it's so hard to even imagine that Stalker 2 is gonna flop on the release
just when you even think about it a little bit, they have so much to work with with, thousands of mods with absolutely free content to take from (and a lot of that content already has feedback on what people like and what they don't like)
literally all they have to do to just make sure it doesn't flop is just combine a bunch of mods, bump up the graphics a tad bit, and boom, done

Anomaly is a great game and all, but it lacks substance. I'd be fine if the game's features were implemented in S.T.A.L.K.E.R. 2. Anomaly has an amazing hunting/cooking system, but I absolutely hate how repairing stuff yourself was added.

@celest siren in 2018, the STALKER 2 website wrote “2.0.2.1”. Plenty of people thought that this was the release year, but this was never confirmed to be the case. It in fact was part of a cipher/ARG that ended earlier this year

Ey, fellow STALKERS, so lets just say that I wanted to get someone into STALKER, but is afraid that they'll only play for an hour or two and never touch it again because of how dated some of things are in these games (mainly in SHOC). l know we always say "you must play through each STALKER game as vanilla as possible for a first playthrough". But, we all know starting with SHOC definitely turns people away with it's crappy gunplay, bugs, and whatnot. Not even using ZRP mod can fix everything up. But is there any mod out there or mod pack that can at least iron out or bring quality of life changes or some features from CoP that get introduced into a SHOC mod?
I want someone to experience OG STALKER SHOC, but with game mechanics from future titles is what I'm basically saying.
