The fetus at the end could somehow be related to Kaymanov emitters. It looks a bit inhuman, plus the head seems really disproportionally large compared to the body. So maybe what the scientists at the X labs did was that they used those tubes with artifical incubators to speed up the development and growth of the creatures so they can harvest their brains quicker in order to manufacture the emitters to create psy-wave fields.

That if player gets first kit for his equipment upgrades at Mill full of zombies (or is it farm? Or whatever area) at Zaton and doesn´t kill all zombies there, they will start spawning a lot more.

During my first playthrough (vanilla with official patches) I didn´t notice more zombies spawning. But during my second playthrough with SGM mod they started spawning a lot indeed (attacking the safe area).

But again, idk if it was mod, but it´s mentioned as the game´s event reacting to player in vanilla game. 🤔

I used to play this Fps game as a kid, it was some zombie survival fps game. It had similar graphics to stalker, the guns and sounds were better but the graphics were worse. Years later i saw stalker on some randome youtuve video, reminded me of that game so i bought it.

Now that I've seen some videos regarding the technology that Unreal engine 4 is compatible I can't stop thinking about the possibilities.
Dismemberment, destructible environments, ray tracing, etc. But then, a thought just crossed my mind, how would the zone look like in source 2?

It’s still an engine designed for corridor shooters, not open world

Real answer though, the zone would look great in Source 2. But it would have to be in bite size chunks. Source 2 does up close and personal interaction great, so something like Sid's bunker, underground levels and smaller areas in general would do well. But you can almost certainly forget about more open ended maps.

Yeah, small interior spaces could be done well, especially those not requiring dynamic lighting aside from a single shadow casting light
