3050 is not bad, so it should be fine. Driver updates might bring some issues at times, but it usually get fixed somewhat fast

So, it's best to just revert back to previous driver in such case and wait for a new update instead

Try to use the default Nvidia optimization preset and adjust from there.

If you want to use frame Gen, then you can get most stuff to high, and enable it.
