Well, I would agree, but can't also deny the fact that alife was a key feature in the trilogy since it made encounters unique and rather most if the time unpredictable. Stalker 2 is constantly improving and I'd say that it's getting there. AI is better now, and feels more engaging. We're good

It kinda feels better now that I made sure to use a variety of gear. I didn't do that in my first playthrough and was rather picky when it comes to what I use. I kinda insisted on using stuff I didn't bother to pick and I do feel quite the difference. Seems like it was the right choice from what I have experienced thus far.

The older games absolutely had a spawn bubble, it just had a significantly larger radius (150-200m) and worked seamlessly with the "Offline" A-Life.

It's really not that easy and it's comically naïve to think that it would be. It's not like they can just copy-paste the A-Life code from the original trilogy (or the fully fleshed out version from mods) into S2, they don't even run on the same engine.
