Update on my sickness:

Definitely not food poisoning, ended up with a fever and weakness, threw up two more times that night, and then slept/stayed in bed for the next 24 hours. Also took a COVID test which was thankfully negative.

60 FPS is minimum playable framerate for any game, reaching that isn't the easiest even on my 4070 at 1080p (without framegen). I can reach it in the open world, but it isn't consistent

I mostly get high 50s, I could get better frames if I turn down foliage to medium

optimization mods do exist, so if you dislike the performance you could always try that (ultra+ mod on Nexus)
