the stamina effect from water appears to work differently from what i could tell. like energy drinks make you regenerate stamina much faster. but water appears to slow the rate at which you expend the stamina. but i didn't feel like it helped with regenerating it

i would still prefer the drink because i can regen like 4 times on one can. the way i do it is i sprint, run out of stamina, then i drink one, sprint again, then i aim down sights using a gun i got an upgrade to move faster when aiming on, as that will make the game think i am standing still and regen my stamina at full speed while still letting me walk a little faster than, toggling walking on.
