Mind you, i've changed my playstyle since stealth never works and just go in guns blazing.

I think i'd prefer this to "dumb" npcs that don't notice a comrade getting shot 50 meters away.

When not on stealth based quests they see me through walls, even when crouched and not moving they aggro, ruined the whole "survive at all costs" thing for me and I haven't played since it came out due to the busted stealth.

This is still the same, i think.
Can't prove the wall thing, but with dense foliage it can be very hard to spot enemies as you're approaching a location.

And if enemies spawn within a short distance, the strategy of finding a better vantage point and scouting a location before entering doesn't work.
So this still needs adjustment.

What difficulty are you playing on? I'm on Veteran and don't feel like the AI's aiming is unrealistic.
You can get swamped by enemies pretty quick though if your'e not careful.

There are ways to always skip shader warmup. I tried it out for myself and I didn't see anything wrong with performance.
