One of the issues I found with Anomaly is the fact that combining all maps leads to both the south and north feeling (and being) early game locations, with the center being the endgame. And to reach the north (CoP locations), you have to get good enough gear, at which point the north feels weak and easy

I've said this before, but I also suspect that GSC was under financial pressure to release the game when they did, either from outside sources i.e. Microsoft, or internal pressure i.e. "We literally can't afford to delay the game any longer. cutscenes consist of sequences on timers, skipping cutscenes in the fast forward way prob broke the sequantial timings of the cutscene

if you save before cutscene and watch it and reload the save to before after watching it you can fast forward again, meaning the sequences and stuff are stored and easier to process for after cutscene

The only issue I have with underbarrel launcher (or shotgun) so far is that:
-Heal and the weapon will switch back to its original function (or get knocked down, Skif will go back to using the standard weapon instead of the underbarrel attachment, so after every heal or knock down you have to switch back to underbarrel)
-And the animation of changing back and forth between underbarrel and standard weapon has some 2 second delay after the animation finishes. You can check this that while the animation has finished the ammo counter is still showing the previous ammo. While the ammo counter is still showing the previous ammo and you press fire the game will fire the weapon (underbarrel or the weapon's standard use) you were changing from. Which makes switching back and forth 2 seconds longer...
