Alright stalkers so here's the deal with specs for stalker 2. your gpu MUST HAVE at least 6gb of vram but preferably you want 8 or more. If your gpu is faster than a 1060 but has less than 6gig of vram you wont be running the game unfortunately. Examples would be laptop 3050/3050 ti with 4 gig of vram or 1650 or 1650ti. Unfortunately if your on laptop your kinda just screwed but if your on desktop you got many possible options to get playable experience in stalker 2. Ebay is a great place to find a used video card like a 1080 ti titan XP 2080 ti. Other good options you can still buy new are rx 6600 can be had for a little over 200 dollars and is on par with a 1080 ti.

The system requirements of cyberpunk are the same as the login requirements of Stalker 2, but you can play Cyberpunk very easily with 3050 ti 4gb and dlss. I'm not even talking about FSR3. If you turn on fsr, the fps reaches the ceiling in all graphic settings.

The reason why there is 6GB for 1060 is that 1060 is an old card, it is quite old and how can the more powerful 3050ti, which was released a long time after 1060, not be able to run the games that 1060 can? Yes, I hope they have optimized Stalker 2 well and even Alan Wake 2, which has almost twice the system requirements of Stalker 2, can be played with 3050 ti and dlss, so I think there will not be much of a problem for Stalker 2.
