Honestly, S2 will be the most demanding game I've ever played. There are very few AAA titles coming out nowadays that I give a shit about, but there are some interesting looking indie titles running in UE5 that I would like to play, so there's definitely a need to upgrade.

said degradation is high and very easely noticeable, especially in games, upscalers seem to work best at making rendering time for single shots, for movies or for photos for example, but high dynamic scenes thye are awful, especially considering most of the users wouldnt even make use of the tech in a good way considering that the standard is 1080p
it is not made for those that ppl think it is made (the one that wants to get fps on a low end card), it is made so 4k gaming is theorically possible, but in the worst way possible which at the end of the day isnt worth it

7900 XTX seemed like a huge deal for a good price, AMD even told us a few months before the launch, that it will be nearly as good as the 4090, for almost 1000$ less.
