I should start playing on the harder difficulties, the most difficult moments I ever encountered on Normal to be far was the Controller in Agroprom. You need a SEVA suit to do the Pripyat Underground (closed cycle breathing system) however a lot of people don't realize you DON'T have to actually wear it, just carry it on you. Nutty little quirk for sure. My advice is to get a Meat Chunk and the drugs for chemical protection. I wore the Sunrise or Wind of Freedom with helmet for night vision. Why was the SEVA made a requirement? Unlike SoC and CS, the CoP SEVA suit does NOT upgrade to have night vision. GSC wanted the Player to experience the terror and thrill, of going through the Pripyat Underground with only a shaky headlamp. You can do that if you want to. Not having night vision in the SEVA made it a worthless suit that I loathed in CoP. I never wore it. First time I went through wearing an Exo (Man of Balance) 2nd game Sunrise (Friend of Duty) and 3rd game Wind of Freedom, upgraded to weigh 1kg (friend of Freedom). Each play though I did the three different versions of "The Hit" (Taras Shevchenko) and three different versions of "The Transaction" (Morgan).

Little bit of a hunch. What little gameplay we've seen so far is without a doubt the most polished and presentable they wanted to show and even there rough edges show, and I'm wary of how late reviewers/journalists were able to get hands-on gameplay. Trailers and teasers being mostly cinematic or scripted gameplay. Previous Stalker titles have gotten me used to bags of jank

I'm not worried for the game per se, I just expect a somewhat rocky release day

but in all honesty, fingers crossed for the game and the team, I can't express how happy I am that Stalker 2 is actually genuinely right around the corner

CS is a little harder in the first couple hours but then you will end up with more supplies than you could ever spend just from diligent looting and going to stashes

I have preordered Stalker 2 Collectors Edition (physical). However, I got scammed.

The gameshop me and many others were buying games from for a decade is not replying to calls or emails. I really wanted to support the devs. I hope the collectors edition will be restocked and be available for a few months after release.

Unfortunately not. A lot of people recently left negative reviews and said they didn’t receive their products either. The store changed owners twice in the last 2 years and now the website is down too. The original owner was awesome, met him personally.
