I don't know where you are getting robbed. I wait until the Loners go into Garbage and take the level changer on the other side. This avoids losing money and getting negative points with the Bandits when you run from them. Once in Garbage, if you intend on gaining points with the Bandits, stay away from the Vehicle Junkyard. Do not go to any level changer ( Cordon, Agroprom, Red Forest, AW or DV ) with Bandits. Do not take Bandit jobs from the level changer Bandits, as they may give you a job but if you return for your reward, they may go hostile. If you need to get past the Bandits at any level changer, wait for an Emission and they will leave and then you can run through it once abandoned. You cannot avoid the bandit mugging once you go to the DArk Valley and return to Garbage to go to the Flea Market Cellar. Before you leave the DV< spend all your money on weapons, ammo and upgrades. Before you go in the Flea Market Cellar, dump everything in a nearby stash, a blue chest under a collapsed cement shed just to the south-west.

You can only go to the Vehicle Junkyard (circled in blue) after the Bandits turn green. And even then, don't enter from the sides, only from the top or north.

As I said, I think everyone in their first game falls for this, coming from SoC where you were a Loner killing Bandits. GSC knew what they were doing.

You should have Emissions but as I said if you go back and forth between the Cordon and Garbage they happen more often. The more you make level changes, the more they happen. If you stay in one level for a long time, they will not happen.

I'm talking more like you go to Garbage, watch people fight, get their loot, go back to the Cordon to sell (Bandit Trader pays dirt for used weapons) you sell in Cordon, go back to Garbage and repeat this and you should get Emissions.

If you learn what folders and files do what, you’ll have an easier time building your own experience, because what if something goes wrong with said third party software? You never know..

Haven't played much, but it has pretty good reviews and they say it has 40-50 hours of playtime

It runs like аss on my PC and I heard it's got a healthy amount of mutant spam so I'm hesitant to invest more time in it

Other Vivient mods I've played were pretty good

I was playing CS when the mods released for consoles and they ported over some HD models from gamma. I put it on and while it looked nice it looked super out of place compared to the rest of the game lol

Ended up just switching it back

hi, i've never played the Stalker games, but started playing Chernobylite (really enjoying it) and stumbled across talk about the Stalker trilogy/games. I'm interested in picking up the trilogy on PS5 to give them a go but i've read a few terrible reviews/opinions on performance/crashes etc. Have these issues been solved as to where it can be a recommended purchase? They won't ruin your experience really, and the trilogy is totally worth it

No, just make sure you actually prepare for events, don't run through it as fast as you can

There are sections where it would make sense for you to run through it super fast story-wise but there is no actual timer so you should take your time and explore

I'm not asking for help with a mod or something, but I've found a mod with a very cool UI for SoC, however, it also has alot of uneccesary gameplay changing elements, I've tried removing them but with no success

all I'm asking is advice, what exactly do I need to delete to remove everything except for the UI (inventory, looting, dialogue, GUI...)
