Sometimes, there are also guys in blue camouflage - these are the dudes from the "Clear Sky". Characteristically, no one in the Zone had ever heard of them before. And, by all appearances, the clan has been around for a long time.
C-Con scientists, the Group scientists and soviet scientists aren't responsible for the explosion of the CNPP in 1986. Soviet Scientists were more likely just experimenting with the people's minds
