I keep hearing "its complex" or "there's depth" but the same reviewers have either not played the previous games or have played it modded. So hard to consider what they are talking about as anything new or different from we have seen. Pretty much voids the review.

In fact, they know that the Zone was man made, hence this dialogue: "The Zone appeared as a result of the actions... let's call them "misguided" human actions, and we are unable to return to the status quo. The point is that we shouldn't take his words for granted.

In fact, he even contradicts himself in a way - he talks about the Zone as a living organism, but at the same time he knows that the Scorcher "appeared for a reason" and is supposed to "prevent the center of the Zone from being reached". These words suggest that he is aware that the Scorcher is a tool created by someone in order to prevent people from reaching the center. And this isn't a common knowledge.

How? The explanation may be that he simply knew what security measures were used by the C-Consciousness, and figured out that these parts will be used to create a decoder to the door at the Sarcophagus.

I have only played SoC and Anomaly and i felt Anomaly was better in terms of gameplay but there wasn't much to the story in Anomaly

Im a zoomer and I dont really care, I think part of the fun of poorer graphics is you have to use your imagination a little I feel

Tbh I am also an old zoomer and babies first gaming experience was a brick that ran xp where I played my dads old cd roms, so I am nostalgic for that somewhat

As I got older though my parents got strict (mostly my mom) so unfortunately whenever I got to play cool games was at cousins house. Many fond memories of fighting with my brother over who got to play counter strike while we had the time
