ill give you some tips:
remember to use crouch and leaning
for early game guns (pmm, ak72su, mp5, sawn off dbl barrel, etc) dont bother with aiming down sights. Start aiming down sights when you get the fast shooting ak in the underground
learn to use grenades
Learn to land your shots (always go for headshots unless in desperate circumstances, try to get your first shot as accurate as possible)
Try not to go rambo, learn to pick fights (try to avoid enemies that are non essential to the story)
dont use artifacts until mid to late game (the early ones suck, but keep them for selling purposes)
read every piece of dialog
Learn to use the environment (for example, luring mutants to enemies, or shooting at explosive barrels)
Learn the pricing of items of each trader, so you can maximize your profits
Dont sell high tier artifacts (youll understand why)
Vodka is useless, its heavy and antirads are easy to find
