My point stands still. Military was literally at deserted hospital in Clear Sky, events of which happen 2011. In 2012, during SoC events many dialogues state that military choppers were flying around the Zone

It is more demanding than the trilogy but I wouldnt recommend playing it as first game or even the first mod
Well its not on par with other mods, the story is boring and theres nothing new to surprise you in second playthrough. Sidequests are run here and fetch this and main quests are often the same. Its extremely overhyped, overpromises and underdelivers. Theres loads of useless items that will only take up space. Go play Secrets of Cordon or Wind of Time if you want a good mod.

Once you bring him both he will reward you and the ending slide will change to Cardan overcoming his alcoholism and building a zone buggy with Nitro
