Well I woke up in front of Sid and I ran out to a house and jumped across to a box that has a Merc suit then I went to Wolf's Scouts and had combat for the first time where I died 4 times before getting the hang of combat (I'm on master difficulty) I went back to Sid and give him the drive and went to the Military man with the Fort 15 and dropped his buddies and then killed a Sales Representative and then went back to get a mission to kill another. I then went to the Garbage where I helped the loners kill the Bandits and then went to the Bar where I went on meaningless side stuff with missions given by random people

I went to the Dark Valley and helped the Duty Stalkers clear the bandits and got the Threaded Spaz to use in the Lab. I got the docs and met Barkeep. At this point I'm using a Stalker Suit the Threaded Spaz the Fort 15 and an AKM with an underbarrel grenade launcher

To be honest, I don't know if this is even possible.

We do not know how many specialists from the previous team are in the newly formed studio. After all, to make a remaster on X-Ray, you need to understand the engine and be able to work with it.
To make a port from X-Ray to Unreal Engine 5 - the same situation.

Doing everything from scratch on Unreal Engine 5 (using Heart of Chornobyl as a gameplay base) is a good option, but it is very, very much work.

In my opinion, it would be good if they fixed the bugs of the old X-Ray, transferred the SoC, CS and CoP to this latest version of X-Ray, and added QoL features and mod support.
Thus we would have:

1. The latest improved version of the engine for all parts.
2. Direct integration with mods (+ it will be easier for modders to develop modifications for one version of the engine for all parts).

Plus - now there are many modders working on their own versions of X-Ray (Advanced X-Ray, OpenXRay and others) and I think they could help in this matter.

Idk how it works on Console tbh. But on PC you only have 2 weapon slots

In 1 slot you can use pistol and in another shotgun, rifle etc. At least in SoC and in Clear Sky

In CoP second slot isn't limited to pistol only. Meaning that you can literally put any type of weapon you want in both slots

So the idea was scrapped but yeah those plans were there super early.

In case any new stalkers on consoles are wanting to know. If you beat the game on master it unlocks the other achievements/trophies for the lower difficulty levels. ||You do not have to keep it on master for the whole game, just change it before you complete the game.||
