Still reckon going fist a cuffs with an exo would a fun a thing to do in S2... or a wrist knife/blade that takes the roll of a knife. The example that comes to mind would be Republic Commando where you have a knife at the top of the wrist as a melee attack.

Strelok survived just 1 emission no? at the end of Clear Sky

That emission could've been a "weaker" one

while Scar literally survived 2 emissions. First one which was the "Second Great Emission" that literally changed the Zone

If you think about it...Strelok was responsible for destroying the C-Con, Major D's role was to evacuate the remaining survivors out of the Zone, as him being a permanent Stalker...but Scar's role is kind of weird

so it's very possible that Zone considers Strelok as it's Achilles heel

This points out that they actually disabled the Generators

And also could be the reason why "the Zone has been stable for years" but somebody will get them back running and that will begin the plot of the game. That "somebody" will either be the Monolith or Stranger I think

Remember, the Strider trailer came out approximately one month ago, that's not very long. They clearly specified a Q1 release date. Why bother if they had no chance of meeting that target?

The recent preload on Xbox and updates on SteamDB suggests they’re making preparations behind the scenes. The reason I maintain a shadow drop is plausible is because Microsoft are paying over the odds to make Game Pass a more desirable prospect.
