I failed to see a downgrade, rather than just missing optimization work, which is purely normal considering the fact that the game is under development. The testing stage is part of the finalization and its when the devs optimize, fix, and deal with final touches. I mean, I hated the delay news, but still felt kinda happy that the team is willing to risk some kind of backlash for the sake of giving a good and well optimized final product.
