Bolts are nice when anomalies are close together and it's hard to tell based on vision alone whether there is a gap. You can toss bolts to try and find a path between them.

Also like Brandon said some anomalies are slow to recharge so you can toss a bolt and ... bolt. badum tss

The text description says that it's an improved version. Better penetration. So, you can say that it only has a higher penetration value. Just an AP version that is merely more effective against heavily armored enemies. Possibly just the ones with mid range armors

EEEH, doubt that. There's a difference between pre-rendered and in-game. Pre-rendered allows for more intense graphics. Then the whole thing just gets stitched together to look natural. 2021 trailer was made to just show their vision, not the gameplay. I don't know why GSC labelled it as "gameplay".

badly damaged armour will protect you less and the more damage a weapon gets the more it jams with some downsides on stats

I am wondering is it possible to change the weapon fov in dead air, thing is I have installed EFT weapon pack and it has brought the weapon really close to my face and it's annoying

Dead Air uses the CoC engine so it should have the FOV command
I recommend 75 since it's based in CoP but you can modulate

Basically open the console and type fov 75 and it should put your fov at 75

Since youre using a weapon pack tho I dunno if it will break modders use weird specific fovs for these kinds of packs
