So apply 1080p resolution and play, then change the lighting and play, then change the other graphics settings

So you know which one is causing the crash

If it's the lighting, then you will have to reinstall the DirectX

I mean in SoC it seems I could find them more randomly, rather than exclusively in dense anomaly fields
but in SoC I ended up using them to great effect
I had massive anti radiation, recovered from bleeding without bandages, and the rest was just extra protection from bullets (granted it wasnt a lot but it was something)

and then I could swap them out for infinite sprinting

in CS I've not found anything I'd call useful other than anti radiation ones,granted once I kill every soul in garbage I'm sure that'll be different

Yeah well, the devs could just not place anomalies on roads. Vehicles would require making the locations much larger than in retail which kinda brings down the exploration part of the game. Playing Oblivion Lost Remake I really felt like exploration part was almost gone.
