I did try that before, same exact problem

so let me explain:

At first it would pull up the small loading screen with the SOC logo but it would load forever and i just have to end its task from task manager.

Turns out i just have to run steam as admin and it would actually load up but as soon as the game window opens it would crash with no warning.

an example would be Elden Ring

i'm not sure where you'd use the spring there too

the dummy (+30% fire protection) is most useful because you get fire everywhere

and the tick rate of damage is much better, you'll repair faster
