how weird. Ads were supposed to be removed on patch 1.1.1, on which most users already have the ads disables. Problem with me is, while they don't appear on the pause menu, they still do on the main menu (i disabled the "No main menu ads" mod to see)

The spawner mod is based on earlier game files, so when you install it it effectively reverses the changes done by devs in a patch and brings main menu ads back.

Bug the mod author to update their mod. It's out of GSC's control.

The mobile lab was only deployed a week before the player arrives in the zone, and it doesn't stay open permanently either way.

If the player helps them ||Hermann gets promoted to senior researcher at the new institute||. If they don't help then ||they just go back to working outside the zone anyway||.

The research expedition likely had a planned exit date even before they arrived.

they do different things for every game so find the list for the game u are playing

if u want to run forever just grab endurance artifacts if u want to not die ever go for resistant artifacts plus the resistant ones repair armour if u stand in the corresponding anomaly

5 batteries = 150% resistance meaning if u stand in an electric anomaly it will give u health and repair ur armour since it needs to distribute %50 of the resistance to ur body

Pellicles for Fruit Punch anomalies (green chemical goo puddles).

Shells for Burner anomalies (fiery jets) or simply stand in a campfire.
u can also exploit a quest glitch which gives u batteries

The game calculates favourite weapon based on the amount of ammo that hit the target. So if you use 12x76 shot, every single pellet hitting the target will count separately. So single shot advances it a lot faster.

That’s not the reason. Renegades do not have a dedicated voice profile at all to be able to lack guitar tracks. They reuse bandit VA. The issue is that each script sound has a list of allowed factions, and guitar does not have renegades in that list. And mercs, for that matter.

There are a lot of characters with no backstory. Bios do contradict some of the established lore too, they really don’t fit into existing games.

I say devs cut those for a reason and they have no place in lore discussions.

||Do that until you see sparkles. Then, go only through that space. Now do the same for the next line. Continue||

If you ask whether there is a hint, no, its just randomly put there. You just go through one, then see the sparkles and then go through the next

Not obvious but not unsolvable either. Its a bitter middle ground tbh

Go through the spaces until, after teleporting back, you see sparkles

Then go through the sparkles and then continue to figure out the next space where there is sparkles coming through the roof

I think the only part that communicates you that sparkles can be a thing after teleporting is the electrifying sound

So thats how you manage to figure it out

You can offer them some docs or PDAs you find if they find it valuable

Or do quests that aren’t directly tied to freedom and duty but will make them think you’re more trustworthy

Some tasks that are inherently faction related actually start elsewhere so keep looking

the main mission where you need to choose to who you give the pda (duty founder) and the flash drive (duty traitor) is the main quest that decide what happens to monolithians

i don't remember anything about a flash drive but i got the pda from the duty founder from the space anomaly at the radio tower thing

on the wiki it said that i need to do 2 of 3 specific quests, the magpie one, the duty founder pda one, and some other one about a duty ''base'' near the quary

but i think i can't do the duty base one because of how i did some other quests i don'T remember which exactly and i might be wrong

ohh i do remember the duty traitor flash drive one, it's the one in zaton at the ranger station right? i didn't know that you can give the flashdrive to different people so i just sold it to own i think, because on the wiki it says that the duty warehouse quest can only be done if you gave the flashdrive to the duty leader at yanov

this game is super cool in how much freedom you have compared to the first two games, that's what i disliked about CS, the fact that it felt super linear compared to SoC, which was pretty linear as well

Clear Sky 100% felt way more linear but it had faction wars tho, it feels like Call of Pripyat is the best of the 3 since A-life is really living in CoP and your actions have real consequences on the story

Thought you might interested. Good ol Clear Sky Catacombs2. Shame the following map River Pripyat was never completed, would’ve loved to have seen view from in game. insert binoculars_emote here

Also was thinking technically there could be more than one underground area like this in Stalker 2 so they could feature areas like this. Cause it’s a connecting junction, wouldn’t be surprised for redundancy purposes for underground tunnels.
