You can DLL swap but then you still need to force Preset K in NV Inspector. Frankly its a pain in the butt. I had it going once, then on a subsequent launch of the game things reverted. I've given up caring until there is official support or its supported in the Nvidia app.

As an owner of AMD's 7800 XT why are you even wasting your time with them...? Stalker 2 requires something like RTX 4080 for decent native performance at 1440p with reasonable anti-aliasing to smooth the edges. If you can't get it, then you have to do upscaling, and upscaling on AMD is nothing more than poo-poo because the image either gets blurry, or there is an annoying shimmer at all edges. DLSS 4 wins here. And if you're opposed to getting an Nvidia card for some silly reason, then to be honest, just get the game on a console. It will be cheaper.

I do understand why it is important for the customers, but you hold a very naive view that ignores the business nature of companies like AMD or Nvidia. Margins on AI chips are so high that AMD and Nvidia do not care about buyers of gaming GPUs. Both companies slowly reduce the manufacturing capacities and slowly increase the prices, so within a few generations, they can report that the gaming desktop GPU market is not profitable enough hence, they are shutting down that branch and transferring all the resources to the branch that makes the AI chips or other enterprise microprocessors.
You're talking about AMD success in the dGPU market, but they don't want that success as they sell more profitable enterprise solutions. They will not have a success and they will make sure that it will not happen.
Talking about how it is important for the customers is pointless in the advent of AI.

im using rivatuner and it caps the whole fps, amd radeon chill used to cap the pure fps made by gpu and then i used fsr fg to double it to 110-120

The Nvidia app/NVCP will cap overall frames. Meaning, if you cap at 117 (as I do) and achieve 60fps native, it'll allow FG to get you to your cap.

i'm not very patient at all, that's why i gave up trying to deal with it. Got to a mission where the game literally would not go over 30-40fps with frame gen, so it was a stuttery mess with extreme latency, and said mission needed me to be very accurate on top of all that. Decided life is too short to waste time like that and moved on to other games until performance is fixed
