I believe artifacts spawn within around 150~ meters so if you want to "save scum" the spawns; get at least 150 meters away from the Anomaly location and if you don't see the artifact you want, reload + repeat until you do

Also now that i think ab it, the S2 Gun upgrades are a bit boring, like, in CS, you could make your gun have more RPM

by like 15%, which is a lot

like in the old games, guns had Accuracy, handling, damage, fire rate and range

but for S2 they made it so guns has a penetration stat which would ignore some of the enemy's armor.

that stat was visible earlier on but has since been hidden or just worked into the damage stat.

i even think some mutants have armor.

which made the implimentation of HP ammo really weird.-.

In the trilogy there was a stat for it on armor and there was levels to bleeding so you would sometimes need more than 1 or 2 to stop it and it did more damage.

or maybe have 2 types of injuries, one thats bleeding and using current bandages system stops the bleeding inmediately... an new long lasting injury that you get when receive high amount of damage in short period of time + chance, that particular injury doesnt damage your hp , but its needed to be fixed with a long animation after you end the fight and you are safe.

There are mods that have an extended approach to stop bleeding. Some wounds cause heavy bleeding which requires multiple bandages or a tourniquet which stops bleeding faster.

I like this solution. Stalker Unlimited does this, for example.
