overall not really but if you really hate when a pack of mutants seemingly came out of nowhere causing you to use ammo and pay for repairs. it might help you a little as it'll make it so they don't smell you from as far away so you're more likely to be able to walk by them.

That or if you wanna sneak up to a mutant for a surprise attack during a hunt. For example, get close to the chimera and dump a mag of expansive ammo on its head at close range before it can react.

Alright, good to know! because rn the challenge is kinda linear, with BB, if you play any difficulty above Stalker, you get lasered with anything even if you have good armour, now im gonna remove BB and add "improved weapon Damage" which doesn't modify anything apart from the weapon and projectile damage, so, you don't get 1 shotted, with an exo, and, you don't 1 shot everything as the ballistics and other things are not affected, so it's all vanilla weapon system, just that now the rpg element is removed and the damage is slightly increased, and it doesn't affect enemies weapons, though the challenge will be only playable in Veteran and master Difficulty, not any lower

which is also neat because now making money in those difficulties is harder than stalker

and i also plan to remove the possibility to make money by selling guns and armour

so the 500k coupons objective will be much harder, and overall the Challenge will be more challenging

though im still indecisive if i should make the Challenge veteran/Master only or Master only difficulty

I'm a stalker fan since the original game, i prepurchased the ultimate edition the moment it went on prepurchase, have 250+ hour and got all achievements, finished the game at least 5 times, but it would be fun to walk into zalyissia with fully upgraded diamon exo suit with sotnyk like a spoiled rich kid.

i think the issue lies in that the game wasn't really ready to ship until around this time and that means the MP was pushed back because they had to fix the game but it's not a good look either way when you sell a thing and say you'll get something for a mode that isn't even in the game like 18 months or something later and there's been no word on when it'll be either.

No, I know they exist, but I have never tried finding them because I assume that I need at least 5 artifacts for weight to feel the difference. And game is pretty difficult

Get a good artifact, check the interactive map, find a artifact anomaly, go 200m away from it (probably a lil more), save, go in and find the artifact. If it isn't the one you want restart the save and try again.
