If you last played the game at launch, the game has improved substantially since then. We're still all waiting on the upgrade to the unreal engine version, which should bring a lot more stability and consistency to the game. TBD though

performance is better, most of the quest bugs are fixed, but there are new bugs that make the game (in my opinion) less playable than at launch: poltergeists throw objects through solid walls, and NPC automatically land hits on you if you're within a certain distance, regardless of the direction of fire. the poltergeist bug is universal, while the homing bullets bug is more rare.

in MGSV you have some crazy mobility and positioning opportunities as well as verticality, and from what I've seen all the older MGS games have super linear and enclosed environments
