You can't withstand the tornado regardless of what armor you have. Just have to time things right, especially going up the crane, stay under things because that helps you avoid damage.

When you are up the crane and got the bolt, you also have to make sure you jump off and on that one anti gravity anomaly that should be somewhere under from the point you are jumping off from.

If you have save closer to it, i would advice to try to realod and try it again. if they hate you already. Then you would need to let a lot of time to pass. Then, you should be able to pay faction to get better rep

Yeah that was cool the OG mutants done different things. Like Bloodsuckers when they receive so much damage they started to limp around, dogs would drag bodies around after killing them. But there is traces of things like that back, I’ve seen a few Bloodsuckers haunched over dead bodies ‘eating’ them.

this will most probably come with UE update. It will be some kind of issue with collision (thats why bullets go trough walls and objects thrown by geist also) or even some issue with NPCs not doing rays of sight, to control, if they are able to see player or other stuff
