I killed all soldier but it was bugged, or something, and more soldier has been spawning over and over again

I remember that I almost ran out of ammunition, so I pulled back through the hole in that concrete fence and disappeared into the forest

And another time, I got too close to the wall, and insta sniper killed me when I was looking for loot. I don't even know where he stood
