if i wasnt overencumbered 24/7 there i would have considered it a literally perfect segment

also idk if this is a bug or not but the guitar guy that spawns a pseudogiant can spawn another one if you just hang around him

I'm pretty skeptical of that im not gonna lie. Im sure there are very good controller players out there, but as a general rule, you're gonna be hard pushed to get the same accuracy as M&Kb with one because the bio-mechanics don't allow for it

I find the aim to be pretty good now on S2 besides needing max turn rate increased after setting custom aik curve settings, I don't use any aim assist anymore & find I have great fine control compared to some other shooters, can snap aim nicely but really need that 100% turn accel increased to really be able to turn on mfs like Battlefield or something

Besides like movement spam abuse muh A/D spam bs I find controllers are honestly better for movement here & in general, instead of just two speeds >muh shift walk you have some really great slow creep possible allowing Skif to move almost silently, I found setting my movement curve to match the aim curve has made this even better

The issue with balancing the two in the same environment is the limit of the range of motion. With no aim assist in play, M&Kb should always be beating controller. Sure we don't have crazy movement shennanigans, but in terms of accuracy and target aquisition M&Kb always has the advantage

I think the best option is to allow matching by peripheral rather than merely PC vs. console because like you said, there are those using MKB on console and of course small niche using controller on PC, stikl crossplay should be a toggle for those who want it; lol my experience with anytime crossplay gets turned off on most games is that yeah generally most console players are inept af so even if it means generally being up against people with better aim, it's often nicer to just have more aware teammates as well

They're inept because the input doesnt allow them to be good in all fairness. Look at BF6, you will almost never see a controller player top-frag, and that game has aim assist. Its just not CoD aim assist in such that its not an aimbot

So with, cod they give you custom sensitivity options when it came down to overall sens for looking and aiming, in stalker you only get one setting that maybe makes your reaction time to 2.5 second less than a full .02 second aim flick

Stalker aiming is slow as heck on controller, and with m&k your DPI is automatically a lot higher than base controller dpi so it puts controller users at a huge disadvantage

I still wanna see S2's PvP be in the open world with looting and what not, but it wont happen. That would at least ask a higher degree of game-sense out of the players rather than just how fast you can react

Yep now having manual settings for deadzone, and especially the custom aim curve have really helped vs launch but even the max values are too slow

To where in comparison to other shooters that's sensitivity at 50 at most

I usually play my shooters at 85 that have a good aim curve and disable Aim acceleration
