Although I carry shotgun, sniper, assault rifle and pistol all at once. Assault rifle I stock the highest amount of ammo, shotgun next, and then sniper is lowest. Pistol I just try to carry like 200 rounds at least because if u do get into situation where you need ur pistol 3 or 4 mags is simply prolonging the inevitability of your death.

Yes, they move, but so does your current weight amount. Go ahead and try it. Put your weight on the bring of red/yellow, and add/remove artifacts. You don't cross the color line. It's just max wieght. You can hold even more in red territroy, that's it.

This, so much. While I was wearing the corundum suit, whatever artifact I added didn't move the limit of green from 70kg. Only when changed into exo did it go up a bit. The max weight does go up from artifacts but they don't help at all with encumbrance.
