Found this message a bit too late, but it was not “misattributed”, even before the patch players could easily get it back with a HEX edit of the exe, the game had code checking the current level and removing geometry. In fact this code is still used for Lenin bust on same level.

Besides, there were new trees in place of the sign, no “bug” could theoretically place new geometry lol. It was censorship but admitting you backed down in a patch note sucks I suppose.

The problematic part of the sign is not “CNPP” itself but “in the name of Lenin” subtext under it, and S2 still removes that bit while having the rest of the sign intact.

I believe full suits with helmets are better as the protection stats applies to both full body and head, where as wearing a helmet separate, also separates the stats to only apply to body location, so protection stats on armour only applies to body and helmet stats only applies to head.
