With Burers, the best strategy I've found is to rush them and then blast them in the face with a shotgun until they die. You could also try the old-school CoP method of knifing them to death, though when I tried it in S2, I ended up dying very quickly, so try it at your own risk.

sleep you can't set a time for how long you want to... You are then literally starving to death after waking up... You can live for weeks without food, it water you need to worry about.

Stamina is a joke, using knife is like running a marathon, jumping, like you have just across the whole of America... And the food mechanic is joke, and you have to eat a million sausages a day... IT just so poorly ill thoughtout and implemented.... It was like deeeeer lets look at what modders do and do a half asked job with it, to rush it out the door.

Well with food there has to be a balance because otherwise you wait so long to need to eat that it just becomes pointless so it needs to be fairly often to justify it
