The Duga. Yeah they are tough and from what I can tell? Yhe Duga isnt properly modeled up close, and its one of the IPSFs main bases if Im not mistaken. Mostly there to also keep players out of story critical areas

You're approaching it from the wrong road/side, you should go to the farthest left entrance to Chornobyl-2 & you'll be able to enter the city no problem. The city is not guarded, the Duga is.

Np, just keep in mind a simple rule: you must not approach the areas around the Duga & Lesser Duga, those are main story locations and you'll get shot. Chornobyl-2 is safe to visit up until the area near the bridge across the little lake — it's distinct on the map, think of said bridge & the road that continues on from it as of an access barrier.

Ultimate edition was well worth the buy tbh, think it was like £80-90 I paid for it, full game and future DLC paid for already and some very nice additional goodies in game, the weapons and armours from the Ultimate edition are brilliant.

No, you can't ally yourself with anyone. The only thing they added is territorial conquests. Bandits, mercenaries, and lone fighters compete for positions and various improvements. They also added a mini DLC, untold stories.

Oh yeah, it’s not like unplayable as it sits the now, I’m still very much enjoying my playtime with it. But yeah, there is a good few glaring issues that definitely makes the game a little frustrating at times.

Yeah this annoys me tbh, then there’s like a hive-mind thing going on sometimes when you’re trying to be stealthy, you can silently kill someone, even with a knife but somehow some other dude behind a wall in another room will instantly be alerted and start searching which pisses me off. Then there’s the Burers and Polties throwing shit through solid objects, NPCs shotting at stuff in the distance but somehow bullets are landing next to me even when they ain’t aiming at me, being shot through solid materials like rocks etc.
