Ofc healing artifacts are always a plus, sucks they aren't in Stalker 2, I very much enjoyed how artifacts had their pros and cons, like a weight artifact would help carry more by making things lighter, but it would also make bullets shot at you lighter, therefore making you take more damage

The only factions with vehicles (as far as I remember) are IPSF and Ward, even then the Ward has SIRCCA money and the IPSF is an international military who in the intro you hear the pilots being verbally ordered to only stay on the perimeter and not go any deeper

If its an event that STALKER themed, I would say that as long as you have the look down to where people are like, yup, that looks like STALKER!
Then youve got it.

Though if its more a general cosplay event you may get some people looking at you like you're an airsoft larperator if its not more explicit

Armored vests in the 2010s were not very high speed at all and not optimal for a merc. They’d opt for whatever Blackhawk! brand vest you can buy out of the back of Soldier of Fortune Magazine

You also have to consider a heavy plate carrier isn’t optimal for walking long distances with a rucksack full of sustainment shit

You need to be as light and mobile as possible if you intend on being a nomadic wanderer, which is kinda necessary in the zone
