Heres how you do it

Grenade: Equip a shotgun like the cracker and the russian grenade. Aim up and use Right Mouse with the grenade switch to shotgun and shoot it down you have like 3 seconds to aim you should be able to do it easy

Headshot: Go to Zalyssia climb the big tower grab your favourite sniper rifle with as much range and bullet drop off upgrades as you can. Aim with your sights for the furthest away stalker. Now you can either Shoot scoped and let go of the scope as soon as you shoot or just align yourself on the head let go of scope and shoot and be lucky

A life could still use some work. But its getting there. They keep updating it. Adding more scripts. Making npc's less dumb and look like scene filler.

It's challenging but IIRC it's overall less bullet spongy than before. I've played a bunch of Master and so far I haven't felt like I've had to dump so many mags to kill specific enemies. A-Life has improved. Still has a ways to go but it's a lot better than before. The overall world feels much more alive than launch.

I used starter pack (there's a link there somewhere) for my second playthrough after pure vanilla and it was pretty good

I don't know how the starter pack looks now but avoid anything with solyanka or amk in it that's just too much changes
