The design choices, the removal of the compass is criminal for navigating the map. Even GAMMA let you hold your pda in your hands to view the map for navigation if you turned off the minimap, you get like absolutely no stash coordinates anymore from killing stalkers and looting them despite you relying on the new SD chips to stay afloat money wise, economy balances is whack you get like 1.4k for artifacts lmao. The saving stuff sucks too, esc saving just does not work at all and even between the main quests the auto saves are too spaced out. Enemy damage is higher or their health is higher but you stay the same which is dumb and not like OG master. Master difficulty in the ogs was great because it didn't take away game features/mechanics it just made it so you and the enemies both were deadly to each other. Putting 20 shells into a bloodsucker who has a stun lock mechanic and often attack in pairs is stupid and boring instead of fun and challenging.

It's kinda crazy. I've seen the scenes in some of those screenshots, and they look nothing like my game at native 4k at all epic settings. Mostly the lighting that is way off. Even something as simple as the base detector has the metal bit around the light constantly flickering. I can also see sunlight flatout coming through walls in most indoor buildings. It often makes the game look very bad.

There is a pretty game in here, but man, choosing lumen as your base lighting and not being able to turn it off was certainly a decision.

I tried the variation where I confronted Lex and he gave me the fake stash
and when I returned, Lex was hostile (not red) and his groupies were unfriendly.
I decided it was better not to confront him, so the Flea Market would be a good location
where I could go to, and I used the stash under the building to store supplies and used weapons.
This worked for many months, especially nice when I would frequently use the Rostok teleporter.
Then one day some Bandits passed by and Lex and his men engaged them with gunfire.
Some time later, I returned and the two sentries were still there, but Lex the Legend
had been killed and the three groupies were missing. No idea what happened.
It was after his death, his PDA revealed his true name and reputation.

I did many variations to Snag on the Skadovsk and at the Jupiter train station.
You got different results based on this items you let Snag keep and those you took,
from his stash in the Snork caves. The best result is when you took nothing but gave it all back.
In Jupiter I watched Sultan's Escort kill Snag. I watched him wound Snag, who I gave a medkit to.
Snag would then return to Yaniv Station and remain inside. One time I killed Sultan's Escort to
keep him from killing Snag. Another time a Freedom Exo at the trailer camp shot the Escort.
The best result is when I let Snag live, and I let Sultan's Escort live and I decided to follow him.
Once Sultan's Escort leaves the scene at the train station, where he goes next is fascinating.

every 1-2 emissions resets artifacts but of course sleeping does skip 12 hours, an emission can happen anytime between those 12 skipped hours…

sleeping may have an impact on time, but sleeping doesnt respawn artifacts

sleeping for a few in game days can help respawn such artifacts cause of said emissions tho cause of ✨ time ✨

but some may not appear after just one emission

i did hear but i cant confirm that the magnetic cave respawns artifacts after one in game day
