Hey peeps, im struggling to run Stalker 2, barely hitting 50s on medium with DLSS enabled
Specs:
RTX 4060
Core i5 13400
16GB ram
NVME 7400gb/s
when enabling MSI overlay, I see that the game isn’t using my pc resources well, cpu barely hitting 50% while gpu hitting 70% and rarely hits 90% the input delay is also terrible
I tried installing the stk2 spf mod but still the same thing

Something tells me it has something to do with the BIOS settings

Fully upgraded, the Bulat has only two shielded artifact slots, with five total.
It has very low anomaly protection, no psi protection but very good physical protection.
It's a good armor for fighting men and low-level mutants but not good against pseudodogs,

The thing is Krezzin, the one constant in the game is the game software itself. Stalker 2 is the same for everyone.
The variable is all the hardware. There are Intel and AMD CPUs of various generations, some really old or new.
There are Intel and AMD video cards, variables in the low-end, mid-range and high-end tiers and generations.
People have variable in the system memory, with their many brands of GPUs can have very different software.
Those that are not invested in trying to adjust their hardware and software as needed, are doomed to failure.

on first system it was unplayeable on 2k, lack of VRAM i played on 1080p like i already mentioned
on new setup i could finish whole game on 4k res and dlss on with frame gen but with a lot of performance issues, drops, micro stutters ( but stutters was driver fault)

tbh? possibly, its still fun but the amount of issues that it has been riddled with id rather wait for it to be actually fixed and playable (A-life is still a joke, instant spawn of enemy groups post emissions, enemies appearing behind you with no sound just spawn and shoot etc) not even talking about the countless issues that the game had on release (like the light of god when you are in a building and outside being just a white wall, reverse the same thing inside just a black wall)

And in night, its mostly for drivers, until they out there finish their work and call me their work hours, so i can put it into sheet, and if they return or need to change their car, guns, gear or something, im here to give it to them, according to what is planned for the day. So at nigh, once they are finished, i can basicaly gp sleep until the first morning driver comes to work. Their work ours are pretty variable, so some days, they can end at 20-21 and others, they go to 2 at morning
