it's not that gamma is bad but it is really hc experience, if you like playing under pressure all the time and manage everything in the game with trillions of items, descriptions and stuff, go for it but it is heavy modified game, original trilogy is not that hardcore, nor stalker 2 so I just find it more relaxing and 2 looks better 🙂

if you have artifacts, gear , weapons and upgrades for those weapons that work around that balance you probably can reallly fck gameplay with those changes

After going through the SIRCAA bit and meeting Agatha, I just cannot see why anyone would willingly side with them at that point. I don't know if that facility connects to Jupiter, the Underground is huge after all, but I believe the railgun was maneuvered around down there and fired at different locations, and those scars are the exit wounds, they've just since collapsed

Let's see...I think I had...two crashes total? Once was a shader compilation crash, the other was with those two burers on Wild Island. Think it had something to do with the barrels or some other physics objects, I'm not sure. Also haven't been back there since, and that was several patches ago.

Also had the RPGs near those same burers softlock my game. Picking them up would cause my inventory to bug out and I had to alt-F4 to exit the game. Very weird.

@oblique jacinth Btw, in regards to "Why did they release the game in such an unfinished, broken state?". There are a couple of possible explanations:

1. Microsoft pushed them to release. Given that they probably had a contract and investment from Microsoft for GamePass availability, I don't think this would be out of the realm of possibility.

2. GSC literally couldn't afford to continue running if they didn't release the game when they did, and they pushed it out in as complete and playable of a state as they could with the knowledge and intent to fix/improve/finish things post-launch. Given that they had to relocate half of their staff to another office in another country, move a bunch of equipment to said new office, get things set up financially for the new office, plus the server room fire at said new office, etc. I wouldn't be surprised if a lot of their finances got eaten up by all of that crap.
