But seeing as I can't even launch the game since 1.6, and GSC can't even manage consistent basic improvements without absolutely breaking the game even more, I think I'm done. 120 hours I've dumped in to this absolute dumpster fire of a game, all down the drain. You know I had high hopes for a cyberpunk 2077 redemption arc for Stalker 2, but at this point I wouldn't recommend this game to anyone, when I've been the one defending and justifying it for months.

Ok so, heres the "solution" I can give: you have a very potent cpu, and older stalkers are single threaded. This will make your cpu go nuts, especially if you play them at max settings. Literally the only things you can do are either get Intel XTU (Extreme Utility) snd lower wattage usage when play SoC (it will reduce peformance a bit, but its an old game, you'll get nice fps either way), or try the patch they made for intel 12th gen cpus. I know yours is 13th, but might work

I limit mine to 20w and its a great balance between performance and cold
