Only from the angle you are looking at. Streloks ending forexample is just about delaying the inevitable. They will kill him in some time and it become Ward ending.
Wards ending is not just big brother. Its absolute control of whole world. They will rule everything and everyone trough agents and proxies. Thats what they want.
Scars ending is unknown basicaly. You dont know what exactly happened and if and how it affected outside world.

Skifs ending is bad, if you are looking at it from the perspective of everyday person, that will affected by zone, that appear near his place. But from another angle, its just evolution of the zone itself.
