From my experience and experiment with the loner exoskeleton, if you're already a fan of loner armors, especially if you were already running the loner SEVA, it's a very good upgrade to that set, and can also replace the Falcon given how it has like 70% wear and tear decrease on top of an higher durability HP, and you get it for free before going to Pripyat.
The only downside it has is how it weighs like 16 Kg, given how the game cap the maximum carrying weight at 140kg, so if you really want to use it, only get the physical protection and the cheap. suppressor upgrades, maybe one lead container if you want to run a thunderberry or high radiation artifacts to keep to repair low, because the more you upgrade the less advantage you have with it

I also have a problem with the carry weight system, if your armor or an artifact give you like 6+ kg, at least 90% should go straight to the green part of the weight bar, especially exos since they were created for heavy lifting.

it matters in fps, you will notice the difference, the image become clear in movement, even at 120fps a better refresh rate means the image interpolation are clearer and usually high hz also means better RGB transition between pixels which correlates to less ghosting and smearing.
