I highly recommend Shay’s QoL mods. They raise carry weight a percentage, and lower prices for Skif by a percentage.
Carry more, sell for more, and pay less.

Sorry, but no. Its the original, with soviet stuff removed, with AI upscaled graphics that look muddy as hell and make my eyes drop everytime, and even introduced a lot of new bugs

There were a lot of bugs fixed, but even then, you have the original there with not so many, or even their respective bug-free mods (although SoC and CoP are relatively game-breaking-bugs free)

The only good thing about the enhanced is that it has a few QoL features that arent that important, and the fact that it made CoP look good (and muddy)

Is there any drawback to the SSP-100 discovery compare to the Loner SEVA suit aside from the fact you can't get it for free till late game or do the Yaniv jump?
Because on Veteran, for 4500 coupons more, it just overwhelmed the loner SEVA when it came to stats.

I think I just going to stop trying to justify the 9x39 ARs, even if I love the Grom S14 personally since I found it the most useful of them all.
Their shots travel too slow holy duck, trying using it in combat and I found myself missing most of the time unless in close quarters.

And that's not to say about how rare their ammos are in the field, better just stick with Grom S15 or Kharod if you want grenade launcher.
Even if the grenades for the three-0-grenade launcher is more expensive, in practice it actually cheaper and more efficient running Kharod than a Grom s14.

So I also noticed something, not sure if I'm correct, but it seems like rounds come out of the 5.45 Grom S15 when firing actually flying faster and take longer to drop compare to the vanilla 9x39 Grom S14.
So maybe the ballistic is there, GSC simply just have no idea on how properly implementing them(given how low armor you're at early game, a realistic damaging 5.45 could drop you to 1/3 of you health bar)or it's bugged, I leaning more to the first.

in games "holding breath" is used incorrectly, the character takes a big gasp of air and holds it but that's NOT the right way, that's a misconception.

Man the 5.45 is currently the most OP round in stalker 2, especially more so since 1.6, most of the corpses you find since then carry like a mag of them, most enemies you kill are bandits and most of them carry 5.45, top ARs do same damage including the 5.45s, it doesn't drop like 9x39 and cheap to boots.
You don't need any AR other than 5.45s as of now.

It's like the game encourage to stick to 5.45 when it come to AR, I think it's the same with the OG games.

I would never say that A-Life is in a good state right now but from my time playing, it’s definitely better than before with the 1.6 update. Granted, I do use mods such as Shay’s Living Zone, Alife Found a Way, etc. but just yesterday, I spotted a bandit skinning a boar. I popped the guy in the head with some 7.62 and as I sat, hidden, I watched as his buddy came wondering over to check out what happened. Bandit #2 did not automatically find me and snipe me with a shotgun for once. #2 started to walk away and so I shot him. That’s when bandit #3 started showering me with bullets. At first I thought “oh of course his super vision is still working” but as I thought about it, bandit #3 might have just been able to see the muzzle flash from when I shot bandit #2 so no, it’s nowhere near what the OG games were like but imo it is getting better. For what it’s worth.

i play the vanilla games and thats the Alife i know . Npcs traveling aroudn the world, sitting in some places , then leaving, groups of bandits attacking certain places, Garbage being taken by diferent factions.Animals eating the corpses and moving the corpses to a different place. Animals runing scared of bigger theats and suddenly attacking a weak bandit. Thats the alife i know , thats the vanilla experience. thats the Alife i am expecting at the very least to have in Stalker 2

its the basic alife not modded, thats the basic ecosystem of npcs thats gives me a sense of alive sensation in the world of the Zone. I dont need an super modded experience in S2, i just want at the very least the basic alife from SoC
