There are a ton of mods that make the challenge super difficult, like slow healing medkits, more hunger and Better ballistics + another ballistics mod that makes the npcs super easy to kill but so makes you, want more details?

you spawn at the start of the game with a guide in front of you and 500k coupons, you choose a starting point, go to the bartender that has all the items of the game mostly, choose a Starting loadout that i setted up on the reddit(there are a lot),you drain your coupons to less than 10k,Choose an objective from the reddit, disable autosave,, and manually save the game, and you can start the challenge
